Whether our clients have a judgment or are considering going to court to get one, it’s essential to know what assets the target holds to determine a client’s likelihood of recovery.  These assets may be in the form of hard assets such as vehicles, property, boats or other equipment; they may be financial assets such as bank or brokerage accounts.  The R&D Agency has the ability to locate these assets to aid in the subsequent collection process.
