A unique tool we often use to aid us during surveillance is a Vehicle Location History Report.  Drawn from data compiled by repo men, law enforcement and bail bondsmen using license plate recognition software, historical sightings of license plates throughout the country often provides us with valuable information on where and when a specific vehicle was spotted.  This detail often leads us to a new residence or employer. Whether used to establish a person’s place of residence or employment, or aid in showing a pattern of movement, this unique tool allows us to dig deeper on many assignments.
