Manufacturers invest millions of dollars in research and development of new products before introducing those products into the market for sale.  These sizable investments can be irrevocably damaged with the introduction of inferior counterfeit product often coming from China, Russia or Hong Kong.  Copyright laws are meant to be enforced; but without eyes in the field to identify, purchase and establish a product’s validity or lack thereof it’s impossible for these clients to reduce or eliminate IP violations.  The R&D Agency has worked with the largest professional sports leagues in the country as well as manufacturers of handbags, athletic shoes, watches, jewelry, and virtually any product that’s protected under U.S. Copyright laws.  We’ve worked closely with local law enforcement and Homeland Security and Customs agents. This allows us to proceed with enforcement or implementation of Cease and Desist measures to stop these resellers of inferior product from profiting illegally.
